Strategy Connect is a strategy consulting services platform built to bring structure, visibility, and operational clarity to the way consulting businesses manage their work. As the platform grew, the underlying architecture had accumulated technical debt requiring an overhaul. We stepped in as a strategic and technical partner, conducting a full design audit, overhauling the system architecture, and delivering a scalable SaaS workflow management platform built to support long-term growth.
